NOW A TWO DAY FESTIVAL!

Glens Falls Entertainment & Music Festival (GEM Fest) brings musicians and artists together for a celebration in downtown Glens Falls, NY.  Bands from throughout the region perform in downtown venues, gallery spaces feature work from local artists, The Park Theater hosts Short Stuff production, live comedy and a Film Festival, GEMbouree for kids is in City Park and the streets come alive with art and music!

FilmFest

Calling for submissions for GEMfest’s 2019 FilmFest! Submitted films will be juried and the best from every category will be featured at The Park Theater on the 27th. Please use the following form to submit by June 14th. Categories are time based, except for music videos. After the panel selects the top music videos, the audience gets to choose which one will be featured at the Adirondack Film Festival later this year!

Proudly we announce the closure of Glen Street for a unique vendor and stage block party, as well as Glens Falls City Park for our family friendly GEMbouree & Chalk Fest!!!

Venues include Mean Max Brew Works, Davidson Brothers Brewing LLC, Downtown Social, and Park Theater!!! (Stay tuned for more venues)

Including performances by:

Timbre Coup, Zach Matari, Candy Ambulance, Joe Mansman and The Midnight Revival Band, Chestnut Grove and Switch Mob, No More Death Stars, BETWEEN NOW AND FOREVER!!!

Live art curated by Artistic Director Anthony Richichi, with nearly a dozen live artists throughout the whole city; including Hometown USA’s favorites: Corey Pitkin, Hannah Williams, and Rodney Allen Bentley!!!! (Stay tuned for more artists)

Adirondack Theatre Festival presenting at Charles R. Wood Theater the closing night of the award winning theatrical performance “Sequence”.

The Park Theater hosts Short Stuff, a Film Festival and lice Comedy shows.

Please submit your video works to the Park Theater GEM Film Festival 2019!!!

Submitted films will be juried and the best from every category will be featured at The Park Theater on July 27th. Please contact us for information, and submit your indie films NOW!!!

Top Music Video will be featured at the Adirondack Film Festival later this year!

Artists Exhibit will be held at The 190 Grille + Cinema between the hours of 4 PM and 6 PM. There will be a professional art installation / gallery located here.
